I was born and brought up in Malabar, Nilambur, Malappuram Dt, Kerala. My maternal Grandfather, a native Pathanapuram, known as Pidavoor Kochu Papichan, was an IPC Pastor, contemporary of Late Pastor T. G Omman and other founding fathers of IPC. My parents settled down in Malabar by 1958. We are active members of IPC Carmel, Vattapadam,  IPC Nilambur North District, ever since of its formation in 1968.

I have four brothers and two sisters. One of my sisters is in God’s ministry in Kozhikode. All others are married and settled in deferent parts of India. Both my parents are alive and stay at Nilambur along with my younger brother.

I have realized the call of God for ministry at the early age of life; therefore I directly went for Theological education just on finishing my Pree-Degree. On Completion of Bachelor in Theology, I went to Rajasthan, North India, and remained there till returned to South for doing my Master in Divinity in 1997. I got married to Marykutty, daughter of Pastor M.V. Mathai, District Pastor, Palakkad North, in 1995. From 1999 to the present I have been involved in pastoral and teaching ministry in the city of Coimbatore. I had the opportunity to minister God’s word in a few Asian countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and UAE.
